Karla Leavelle is a Founder of Human Capital Advisors. No longer a partner, she supports projects in organizational effectiveness. She has over 30 years’ experience as a Human Resources executive and consultant in a variety of industries, including consulting, financial services, education, telecommunications, electronic commerce, and software development. She has led our firm’s organizational effectiveness and human resource support activities.

She brings over 20 years of search experience and is responsible for strategy, research, candidate delivery, and communication for retained searches from C-level to Director.
