Mark is a Leadership Coach with Human Capital Advisors. He is an expert in developing individuals and teams through coaching, training and mentoring.

He brings to bear on his project has lifelong experience as an executive working at senior levels of large/small organizations to drive major business results. With extensive line experience in Technology Leadership and Product Development at VeriSign, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and IBM, his global teams built and expanded systems that support literally billions of transactions per/day.

He helped develop a systematic Human Capital Plan for a large global team that has been used to guide the development of critical leadership and technical resources for multiple organizations. He uses a strengths-based, appreciative framework when working with his clients, and provides support and challenge to help his clients realize their full leadership potential.

He currently is in the 6th year of co-leading the Leadership Development Portfolio for JMU’s iMBA cohort program, and also coaches MBA students and the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. He also works in the President’s office of both University of Virginia and Virginia Commonwealth University with Executive Performance Management and Peer Review process.

Mark holds a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from Rice University and Bachelor’s degrees in Physics, EE and Applied Math from SMU. He is a graduate of the Georgetown Executive Coaching/Leadership Development program and a PCC accredited member of the ICF.

He is certified in the Hay Group Emotional Intelligence 360, Korn-Ferry VOICES© Framework, and Team International Team Diagnostic.
