Lynn Ellen Queen
Executive Coach
Lynn Ellen Queen is an executive coach with Human Capital Advisors who is dedicated to helping clients find direction through leadership coaching, consulting, facilitation, and strategic planning. She works globally with mid-level and senior leaders as well as teams in businesses, government, and non-profits. She holds both U.S. and Canadian citizenship and is fluent in both English and French.
Lynn Ellen experienced firsthand the challenges facing leaders during her more than twenty-five years as an executive and consultant working in law, financial services, manufacturing, and non-profits. Beyond her coaching and leadership development experience, she has held responsibilities in strategic planning, strategic execution, problem-solving, project management, and process improvement.
Lynn Ellen earned a B.A. in French from Northwestern University, an M.B.A. in International Marketing from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, and a Certificate of Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University. In addition, she has completed The Skilled Facilitator workshop and is a certified facilitator in SOAR – Success through Observer, Action, Results. She is certified to administer the Leadership Circle Profile™, the Leadership Culture Survey™, CCL’s suite of Benchmarks® 360 assessments, Workplace Big Five 4.0™, Influence Style Indicator™, Change Navigator™, FIRO-B®, FIRO Business®, MBTI® and Hogan™ assessments.
Lynn Ellen is a member of the International Coach Federation. She has previously served on the boards of St. Andrew’s School, Richmond, Virginia and of the Interlochen Center for the Arts, Interlochen, Michigan and is currently a member of the board of the Northwestern Alumni Association.
