Managing Partner

Glenn is Managing Partner of Human Capital Advisors. His client responsibilities include the delivery of retained executive search services in addition to work in the areas of executive and human capital strategy, professional development, team dynamics, and organizational development.

Glenn began his career in public accounting where he first transitioned to human resources after initial experience in the audit practice. His extensive human resources background incorporates local, regional and international leadership roles in Arthur Andersen, Coopers & Lybrand, AT&T, MicoFocus and comScore, Inc. Internationally, he has experience in the Czech Republic, Egypt, Slovakia, The United Kingdom, Japan, and the former Soviet Union.

Glenn works with senior executives in their efforts to build and develop strong, successful organizations through collaborative change and team effectiveness. He is experienced in the full range of human resources components including performance management, leadership development, compensation, benefits, workforce planning, and career development.

Glenn has served a variety of organizations during his career, including businesses in the software, electronic commerce, financial services, professional services, not for profit, consumer products, and pharmaceutical industries. Glenn is active in both the Platelet Disorder Support Association and the American Cancer Society, providing fundraising and other support. He holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia.
