David is a Senior Advisor with Human Capital Advisors and a member of the firm’s Leadership Team.
During his 45+ year business career David has extensive experience in general management, advising CEO business owners, financial management, leadership development, employee engagement, hiring for job fit, team building, and business and executive coaching.
The clientele has ranged from large companies to mid/small sized businesses and entrepreneurial ventures. David is a Retired Partner with Ernst & Young, was CEO of a $60 million import/export business, and founded, operated and sold a $7 million import/export business.
David has helped many business owners and executives grow their businesses, develop strong support teams, increase the value of their businesses, and get their businesses ready to sell. David is on the Board of Directors of the Tysons Regional Chamber of Commerce and serves as VP of Finance.
Over the years, he has been actively involved with Northern Virginia Technology Council, the Greater Washington Board of Trade and the Council of Past Presidents of the Greater Washington Society of CPAs.
His college training at California State University – Los Angeles and the University of Southern California focused on business, economics, and accounting.
