MARCIA B. RILEY

Marcia has served as an executive coach and business partner to executives across sector lines for over 20 years. She has given numerous keynote presentations and is considered an expert in the selection, on boarding and development of top leaders.

Marcia has led culture change initiatives that had a quantifiable business impact and transformed the cultures with which she worked. She also brings deep credentials and is a recognized expert in facilitating and interpreting comprehensive talent reviews, nine-box assessments, and 360-feedback. She has successfully designed and facilitated transformational leadership development events for global audiences.

Marcia also possesses deep experience in ATD Career Planning and Talent Management and is an advisory member of Aspire and Ascend. Throughout her career, Marcia has also held senior positions in talent and organizational management in a range of organizations including the Inova Health System and Sallie Mae.

Marcia earned a BA in Psychology from Nasson College and was a graduate student in Organizational Development at Johns Hopkins University.
