Marcy is a Senior Advisor with Human Capital Advisors and partners with clients as a client advisor, organizational effectiveness consultant, and executive coach. She effectively works with clients by listening carefully to client needs to help them understand what strategic moves will improve their bottom-line results.

She creates and executes successful engagements across industries and client sizes. Marcy has 20 years of experience, holding senior executive line management roles leading strategy, product development and marketing of ground-breaking businesses.

Marcy’s corporate experience includes P&L responsibility for start-up businesses within Fortune 500 companies, data-driven marketing, and new product development. She is known for her unusual combination of analytical thinking, creativity, and deep interest and experience in working with the human element of the business.

In 2012, she forged a new path and left her successful career in industry to provide executive coaching and consulting services to the Federal Government, not-for-profits, start-ups, small businesses, and Fortune 500 companies. As no client is the same, she recognizes the need to listen carefully, ask the right questions, and develop strategies that are unique and customized to each client.

Marcy earned her MBA from The Wharton School of Business, a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from the prestigious Georgetown University coaching program.

She is also a credentialed Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation and serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Charles E. Smith Jewish Day School.
