Ted is a Founder of Human Capital Advisors. No longer a partner, he provides services in executive advisory and leadership coaching.
During his 45-year business career, Ted has extensive experience in leadership development, advising CEO’s and Boards, executive selection and executive coaching. The clientele has ranged from large corporations to entrepreneurial ventures to not for profits.
After a long stint with Arthur Andersen where Ted was a senior executive in Audit and Practice Management, he created several staffing businesses which he built and two were ultimately sold to an NYSE corporation.
He co-founded Human Capital Advisors in 2002 and oversaw its growth and prosperity into one of the area’s leading specialty consulting firms. He has created an organizational structure and built highly functioning teams for his own businesses and for his client.
Clientele over the years has been represented in most industry sectors with particular exposure to real estate, construction, government contracting, financial services and non – profit. Ted has also built a successful practice in wealth management and family office operations.
An advocate of business involvement in the community, he has raised money and served on Board of Directors for a number of organizations including ChildHelp, SafeSpot, American Cancer Society, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, the Northern Virginia Technology Council and the Greater Washington Board of Trade.
