KEVIN A. MCNERNEY

Prior to joining HCA, Kevin McNerney was the Chairman of the Board of Managers, investor and Chief Financial Officer, for a privately-held, predictive data analytics software business.

Kevin has held senior roles in the software industry, executive search industry and in investment banking, all focused on the information technology and professional services markets.

Previously Kevin had been engaged in the executive search industry assisting his clients to build their senior management teams and boards of directors. He was Senior Managing Partner of Heidrick & Struggle’s International Technology and Professional Services Practice.

He went on to a closely held partnership as an investment banker focusing primarily on advising information technology boards and management teams before returning to the executive search industry as Managing Director of Korn/Ferry’s North America Technology practice and Global Professional Services practice.

Prior to entering the executive search field, Kevin was Executive Vice President for publicly-held Systems Center, an NYSE-listed provider of network management software. Previously, he was the company’s Chief Financial Officer where he played an integral role in the firm’s initial public offering. He began his career with Marriott Corporation.
