Constance Carey-Broomfield is an Executive Coach with Human Capital Advisors dedicated to providing clients a framework to enhance their individual capacities and contributions in the midst of today’s business environment marked by rapid change and considerable complexities.

Connie brings first hand, multi-disciplinary experience as a Senior Executive in Engineering, Strategy and Business Operations in Blue Chip companies as well as private and non-profit organizations.

Her coaching methodology is an integrated, multi-dimensional model based on the executive as a “corporate athlete,” the theory she studied with the founders /authors at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Business.

Connie earned her M.S. in Engineering from Tufts University and a certificate from Georgetown University in Executive Coaching and Leadership Development. She is a member of ICF.
