Not long ago, the Wall Street Journal published an article that listed, "...seven reasons why ... performance reviews are ill advised and bogus." 
 
Human Capital Advisors does not make a habit of taking on those who buy ink by the barrel, but on this one, we have at least seven reasons why performance reviews help morale.

  5. Performance reviews highlight organizational values, such as teamwork or customer service.
  6. Performance reviews are a vehicle for feedback, not the end destination.
  7. Performance reviews are about feedback not pay.
