Human Capital Advisors' Organizational Assessment program seeks to improve the performance and effectiveness of groups, departments or an overall organization. Specifically, Organizational Assessment is an organization-wide, planned effort managed from the top with the goal of increasing company performance through planned interventions. HCA's Organizational Assessment can help change attitudes, values, organizational structure and/or managerial practices in an effort to improve overall performance. The ultimate goal is to structure the organization so that managers and employees can use their skills and abilities to the fullest. There are three phases:
Recognition -- Acknowledgment by management that performance within the organization can be improved.
Diagnosis -- Gathering and analyzing information about the organization to determine the areas in need of improvement
Strategy Planning - Outline steps for resolving problem areas and improving the organization
When conducting such assessments, we consider leadership capabilities, organizational structure, decision-making processes, organizational culture, human capital investment and compliance with laws and regulations.
