DIRECTOR OF TALENT ACQUISITION
EAGLE HILL CONSULTING LLC

We are conducting a retained search for Eagle Hill Consulting LLC, a management consulting firm that specializes in helping Washington DC metro area based clients realize their business and financial goals by transforming their strategies and processes.  This award winning, rapidly growing, virtual, “Great Places to Work” firm plans to triple in size over the next three years. 

 

The Firm needs to hire a Director of Talent Acquisition whose overall responsibility will be to recruit business management consultants (non IT) for the Firm by bringing energy and innovation to all phases of recruitment from sourcing to on-boarding.    Specific responsibilities include:

 
  • Source candidates through online sites, print ads, research, and attendance at job/career fairs.
  • Develop new and creative sourcing options including internet based techniques and career/job fairs
  • Manage the job posting process and monitor responses
  • Phone screen, sell, interview and assess candidates that meet criteria and schedule for onsite interviews with management.
  • Check references.
  • Coordinate on-boarding of new hires.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with Eagle Hill Management to stay informed of firm-wide activities, client projects, and strategic initiatives. 
  • Develop an understanding of consulting work disciplines and the Company’s staffing requirements.
  • Report on weekly recruiting status and monthly recruiting metrics.
  • Attend weekly Eagle Hill leadership meetings.
 

The ideal candidate will have at least five years related recruiting experience preferably within a national professional consulting firm. Excellent, interpersonal, writing, speaking, and computer skills required.  There is limited travel. This is a virtual Company and the Director of Talent Acquisition will work from a home office.  This individual will have strong organizational skills with ability to drive tasks forward.  S/he must be disciplined, possess high initiative and enthusiasm, and be a team player.
