| For an $18M, 7-year old, marginally profitable company with 100 employees that was poised for expansion. Human Capital Advisors was contracted by the newly hired, sophisticated CFO to help transform the human capital function to support the strategic growth objectives. We conducted a Human Capital Management Review that entailed in-depth interviews with 18 employees, including all members of senior management. The result was a comprehensive report on structural deficiencies and solutions for a host of employee management issues, which was delivered in a lively meeting with the CEO.
